Around Serpent Lake, out past Sagamore, back into Ironton than Crosby and eventually Cuyuna. Lots of locals out riding the roads today.

-19 F air temp this morning. Clear as can be outside.
As a bit of trivia, the coldest fat bike ride on record for us was at -35F air temperature. We wouldn’t recommend it. At these temperatures, the snow becomes what feels like Velcro to the fat tire, and everything becomes about four times harder.
As an alternative and more safe adventure at these temps, we recommend the spin classes at the @hallett_center_of_crosby They offer both AM and PM classes and a sauna for post-spin relaxation. Highly recommended. Check out their website for more details.
Looking at the forecast, we hope for a Thursday night ride on the singletrack. The snow should be good and solid by then!
